  1. I have reset the router several times bro but it doesn't help at all. It's just a wifi router with an ethernet cable plugged into it, no modem since I'm not using a DSL service. Have set up DMZ just now by entering my PS3's IP into the Host field. Changing channels doesn't seem to help either and I have only one router which has no official or dd-wrt support. Also can someone guide me as to what exactly I should do on the below port triggering page of my router.
  2. Cool..will try that.Thanks for the advice.

  7. No bro, these ports aren't open.I have never opened any ports on the router and I'm using a PS3 since 2008.Nat is Type 2.Since it's a wireless connection I'll never get Type 1

  9. Hey guys, I had created a thread in Techzone about my issue in December unfortunately I cannot find a solution to my problem. So the issue is I cannot connect to PSN for over 3 months through any of my devices, be it PS3, PC or Android Browser. The error number is 80710092 it just says that you have been disconnected from PSN.I have reset my router multiple times and tried Open and Google DNS but it doesn't help.I'm using a non modded 12gig(160 gb hdd installed) superslim (4.66) and a Dlink router with a 1mbps unlimited cable connection. The internet is working 100% fine except psn.The wifi signal strength is also 100%.Sony customer care said psn is working fine and that it's my isp.My Isp says it's just PPPoe connection that he's providing and there are no settings that he can change. Can anyone suggest a solution. I haven't factory reset my PS3 though cause I got games over 80 gig downloaded from psn.
  10. Because I could see those values in the Settings and Connection Status List in PS3 and my router was also set to obtain DNS automatically. Anyways I'm connected to psn now by using Open Dns. However, I'm skeptical of turning off the system now, cause even though my network settings are saved, I frequently get the signed out of psn error. Anyone has DNS settings apart from Open and Google DNS that actually works. Thanks for your inputs Iceman.
  11. Dunno why double post for the second time
  12. There is an option bro.. to select Dns automatically. Anyways I just got it to sign in again by entering Open Dns values manually. But if I restart the ps3 I get the same error.
