Greetings! I'm surprised there isn't much talk of Hearthstone here, so I thought i'd make a thread to introduce people to this fantastic (and very fun) game Right off the bat for anyone who doesn't know about the game: Hearthstone is an online, turn-based card battle game. Though it clearly has "Heroes of Warcraft" in the title, no past WoW / other game experience is needed I was wary about this initially but quickly learned there's no need to have played any other Warcraft game to jump into HS Each player has 30 health; when one player's health drops to 0, he loses You can accomplish this by creating a deck of 30 cards. These comprise of spells and creatures of your choice There are 9 'heroes' in the game, each with a different deck theme and unique cards that vastly differ from one another. The average game lasts ~5-10 mins. The game is free to download and play. Without spending money and after investing a few hours, you CAN definitely build a decent deck for online play! More advanced cards can be bought via in-game gold earned daily, or if you're in a rush, for real $$$ The game's available on PC / Mac / iPad. The iPad version was recently launched and is a surprisingly accurate port of the desktop version! I've been playing for about 3-4 months and i've happily spent on the game after trying it out! If anyone's interested and needs help with the game, feel free to reach out to me. Would be great playing with you guys. There are European and South Asian realms as well. Cheers!
