Didn't watch the match but ended up being a one sided contest with Nadal just ripping through in straight sets... 6-3, 6-3, 6-4.

So, Sloane Stephens winning the Women's Championship and Rafael Nadal the Men's title. The Women's final was a walk in the park for Stephens winning it 6-3, 6-0.

Was kind of obvious that Nadal was going to win after Federer was knocked out. kLSqvoE.png

Anyways, happy to see these legends are still AMAZING and give in 100% even at this age. Both hadn't won a slam for almost 3 or more years coming into 2017. Both won 2 slams this year. Nothing but massive respect and love.

Thank you for some amazing Tennis this year. Hopefully, we will see more of them and will set an example for a younger generation.

97th career title. Roger Federer celebrated his return to the top of the world rankings by winning the Rotterdam Open on Sunday, his 97th career title.

The 36-year-old, the oldest No.1 in history, thrashed Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov 6-2, 6-2 in a one-sided final.

Federer not taking part. Guess Nadal is favourite as always at French Open.

Yes, he certainly is. Daunting task to beat him on clay at the French Open.

The weather is very moody in Paris today... constant umbrella popping in the stands acting as distractions to players :P

Djokovic knocked out by Marco Cecchinato ranked 72. It was a brilliant match, the last few games contained some top-notch tennis.

Think it was Cecchinato's Mother in the stands, she went absolutely crazy with joy after the final point was won by him! :D

Hopefully Sharapova vs. Halep final.

Sharapova defeated by Garbine Muguruza in straight sets. :(

Women's Singles SF:

Halep vs Muguruza

Keys vs Stephens

My predicted final will be: Halep vs Stephens.

OTOH, in the Men's QF games Nadal seems to be in a spot of bother. Lost first set and now broken again in the second set. Hope the drizzle clears up and he comes back to turn things around.
