him2anshu Posted October 7, 2017 Report Share Posted October 7, 2017 Blade Runner 2049 was amazing, story was totally gripping till the end, cinematography was top notch and soundtrack was awesome. Acting and direction were pretty amazing too. It was one of the longest English movies that I have seen in theatres and I don't regret it, if it ran for another hour, I would have gladly sit there. And that too right after Joe kills Luv. That was one brilliant f**king scene! Intense, desperate and violent and yet beautiful at the same time. Yes, that fight was very well presented, the uncertainty made it so thrilling. Even the pacing of the whole movie was consistent. Just like the original, it immediately pulled me into its bleak, dystopian world and the soundtrack is a big part of why both the movies are so immersive. It's a slow paced sci-fi. So go in with the right mindset. Even if you end up not liking the original, give the sequel a shot.
