playstationdude
So finally got Zelda today Brilliant game! One question though- does the game save on the cartridge itself? Can it not be changed to the sd card?
playstationdude
Guys which step down convertor are you using? I did buy one at the time of purchasing my 3ds but it fell down tje table yesterday and although it does not seem to have any physical damage on the outside i am a little hesitant to plug in the adapter to it. Now i could test it but i would need to buy a multimeter and it would cost me about 200bucks but if a good electronic convertor costs about the same then no point bothering with the old one. ScrewyAurum
It pretty much cost the same (i.e. 200 bucks). Dunno the name of the one I'm using though.

playstationdude
Also guys i have read online that you can use european adapters with us region 3ds cause the output is the same i.e. 4.6v 900mA. Is this true?
ScrewyAurum
Are you using the isolation type? God knows. I just took the adapter to the store and showed it to the guy and he gave me a voltage convertor. It's kinda heavy and about as big as a med sized apple. Since 3ds is compatible with adaptors from all regions( same output of 4.6v dc 900mA), it seems a lot safer than this convertor thing. Also anybody tried charging through usb? ScrewyAurum
Hmm, well I always used a Voltage convertor/transformer for my NDS, Wii and 3DS without any problems. Anyway, is anyone looking to trade games for the 3DS here?

novilin
you can get a cheap local dsi charger for around 200 bucks, no need for a step down converter

playstationdude
Even if it does launch here judging by the 200usd price tag i dont think it would cost anything less than 18k.
novilin
you can always use play-asia, they are selling it for 299 (just hope it doesn't attract duty or you're screwed)
