We're getting outclassed by Spuds in the 2nd half. :(

Micki and Özil both seem to have an off-day. Auba barely got any chances so far.

Hopefully Lacazette can make an impact.

COYG!

BTW, Son just hit to the moon. Lol!

Not sure what the fuss was about. Season was over by december. One look at the lineup and you knew we had a dead midfield without Ramsey which meant mkhi and ozil will stay in our own half longer than in attack. That actually turned into a plan. 4-3-3 was always going to hurt but we didn't have the firepower or confidence for a 3-4-3.

There's one thing I know about Auba because I did watch a decent number of BVB games (hipster fav club lol), Auba is as direct as they come. Won't be involved in linkup much, and will actually have very few touches per game (although today was super low) but he will get you the threat that the likes of Henry and RvP did. We're in for fun times next season if we build right and hopefully, the old man calls it time.

Decisive victory. Makes things easier for the next leg, there is Newcastle (PL), Porto (CL) and Man Utd (PL) matches within 7 days, but now we can rest the whole front 3 and midfield for the important Man Utd match, whereas they'd have 2 big games in 4 days, Liverpool (PL) and then Seville (CL). Hope this works to our advantage in our league run.

Typical Madrid. Always shows up in UCL. qucnyyE.png Big test for PSG now.

Juve bottled it somehow after 2-0 early lead at home. Spurs have a good chance to advance.

Liverpool is sadly playing great football. That Salah guy has turned into a monster. Can surprise everyone in UCL this year. 5-0 lock. Will likely rest main players in 2nd leg at home and focus on the league.

This week: Chelsea vs. Barcelona; Bayern vs. Beşiktaş; Sevilla vs. United; Donetsk vs. Roma.

Exciting times ahead!
