It used to be that I could order something from them at 4pm one day and have it delivered before 4pm the next. Package was MIA all of Tuesday. And the travel time between Ahmedabad and Baroda is 2 hours by road yet it took them 24 hours. Really crap service. FK raised minimum order value for free delivery from 300 to 500, and also the charges for orders below free delivery price has increased from 30 to 50.
