Is it totally worthless? you know how when you get hit by bullets and your screen goes red and gray. with regeneration whats happening is the red and gray goes away but your not actually healed. so you'll have a clear screen but still die pretty quick. also add LAG in there and you'll go nuts! i have it upgraded to gold, waiting for them to fix it. lol.
