:chair: y did u come late...

I, nik, mosa plyd mny mtchs..all the mtchs we were put randomly in either factions...and in one game when the system put us all together in same faction we turned the tide from loss to win in a Tdm with proper teamwork and coordination..

This game is enjoyable with proper teamwork...and if clowns are there in ur team...feel like :chair: them...

Nik, mosa awesome fun

Angy :chair: yet to ply alongside u...

1030 then???

Awesome session last nite nik, rash, angy, karoo :kisstogether: Was surprised to see rash and karooo though :P and :chair: to SA, kold, mosa, bikram who weren't there.. else pvt ivg tadka wud have taken place in good scale..

Karoo ws bloody good with the jetpack and chap was hardly been seen on the ground :ack: + meeling at any given opportunity :ack:

Rash was like the silent hunter who would juz popup from any corner or behind for the kill.. Angy was the one who was lost most of the time :giggle: He needs moaar time to get used to this.. lol yeah its frustrating that the system throws u randomly in any faction as party with friends not enabled yet. Nik as usual as he is acquainted with the game was a good team support player. whenever in the same faction.

Our 3v3 of 4 mtchs (2 TDM's + 2CTF) were fun and our teams changed internally as well... But in CTF u guys were playing TDM... lol not even one attempt to take the flag and u guys built a crazy wall puzzle section  I got lost the first time i entered it to search for the flag point..

Few instances:

- The drop pod kill on the 3 of you in the jeep was epic

- Angy getting stuck in jeep in one area and trying to budge his jeep out

- Karoo jumping like a rabbit all the time to avoid gunfire when on ground..

- RLing Karoo while he in air.....gave a good feeling especially after he mowed us so many times with the jetpack

- Karoo asking how the fk we have a protective sphere he he

They shud have enabled party system yaaar.. it wud have tripled the fun playing in one team with your buddies as there it is that teamwork shines... damm we hv to wait for it in the final build.. and till then play only via game list and hope to be in same team :(

The patch was out quite promptly by the devs, it does look like that they truly meant what they said in the official Beta video, also they are quite responsive on the official forums as well, Clans have already started forming on the official Starhawk forums. They are promising more Vehicles as well in the final build.

Assault rifle , Rocket Launcher , Shotgun and sniper

These are the only 4 weapons..

 There will be in total 8 weapons a plyr can carry at a time...including repair tool, handgun...which are pickups at certain points. The weapon selection menu has 8 slots in total.

Also after watching the vid saint posted..its now confirmed seeing the build menu that tanks and jet bikes are the additional vehicles that will show up in final game :wOOtjumpy:

And yes they are listening to the community feedback in the beta and implementing patches as reqd :majesty:

This game is gonna kickass in mp with teamwork..and full fledged clan system like kz2 is the icing on the cake....

Starhawk Beta Update 1.2.5

Starhawk's public beta got a few more tweaks during its regularly scheduled maintenance yday nite. A summary of the changes can be found below!

  • Reduced troop Rocket Launcher lock-on time.
  • Added a *VERY* small homing delay to Swarm Lasers.
  • Improved ease of organic missile scrubbing in Advanced flight mode.
  • Fixed bug that recently stopped prevented Hawk MGs from targeting turrets and mines.
  • Air Mine pick-up moved to center of Acid Sea Map.

Faster Lock-On Time for Rocket Launcher:

We have made a significant speed increase to the rate at which the ground troop Rocket Launcher acquires target lock. It maybe too fast, however with the increased ease of missile scrubbing for Advanced flight, we will need a bit of time to see if that's really the case.

Very TINY Homing Delay for Swarm Lasers:

There is now a 0.2 second delay on Swarm Laser homing. This still preservers the improved response time that we deployed from our previous update but gives just a bit for forward velocity before the Swarm Lasers arc towards their targets.

Easier Organic Missile Scrubbing for Advanced Flight:

We are continuing to evaluate and tune the missile scrubbing in Starhawk and this update is just another step towards our goal. The 1.2.5 update makes the organic missile scrubbing easier for Advanced Flight by generating more "EVASION" as you aggressively maneuver your Hawk. This results in growing your Evasion Meter more quickly and therefore scrubbing missiles more quickly.

As always, be sure to let us know what you think of the update--what do you love, what do you hate, what still needs to be changed? Your feedback is important! Thanks for the hard work, beta testers! Have a great, Starhawk-filled weekend!
