Oh God.. the guys here take serious offence if you call a Marathi Manoos, a Bhaiyya.. Bhaiya is actually a referrer to all the labour class that come from UP and Bihar... Being from Delhi, I had the habit of saying bhaiya as well... A taxi driver actually stopped me from sitting in his taxi when i was in Mumbai for calling him bhaiya... Later my friend told me that yu call people 'boss' instead of 'bhaiya' in MH... After that I stopped using the word bhaiya altogether...
