The board does a good job with resizing the image while displaying. What GPU are you using? Steam generates a PNG and JPG image for every screenshot. I would recommend that you try Geforce Experience/Radeon Pro ReLive capture tools to take uncompressed lossless screenshots (4K, 1440p, 1080p) and resize them down to a lower resolution such as (1080p, 1600x900) using resampling filters (lanczos 3/b-spline/bicubic) available in software tools like Paint .NET/GIMP. But we really need to agree on a number (2 or 3) to allot the maximum number of screenshots per post. I'm going to experiment with PSP X9 to see if i can better results when exporting to PNG.
