For The Win 4 Podcast: Ninja Dogs

Nash and I are back for Podcast number 4. Here's what we talk about this week:

  • GRID Preview
  • India pricing for GRID and The Bourne Conspiracy
  • PlayStation Day: Mirror's Edge, Killzone 2, Motorstorm: Pacific Rift, LittleBigPlanet
  • Update on Tech2's GT5 Contest
  • Games giveaway for IndianVideoGamer members
  • The Witcher (PC)
  • Ninja Gaiden 2
  • Dumbing down hack-and-slash games

And of course, it wouldn't be a For The Win podcast without an audio f**ck up. This time, while I sound quite clear, Nash sounds like he was calling from the north pole. And we've done away with the two channel mono sound this time.

The music in this podcast: Queens of the Stone Age - No One Knows (Unkle Remix) from the GRID soundtrack

Just finished listening to the podcast. Very nice!

I think the sound is by far the best until now. This podcast sounded much more organized too. Like you guys went in there with a list of things to talk about.

Its always nice to hear about giveaways too

Great stuff, more informative than previous ones, though I don't agree with the last part. DMC4 isn't the first easy game in the series, Capcom tried it with DMC2, trying to reach to the casuals and all, and guess what, DMC2 is the least selling title in the series which was also hammered by critics and fans all around the world. Capcom went back to drawing board with DMC3 and turned it into one of the toughest games to ever come out on PS2, even harder than their own Viewtiful Joe. And DMC3 went on to sell 2 mil copies on PS2 alone.

But I agree with the part that they should have an option to play it on easier difficulty, and it was there in all previous games, except it was still hard for some newcomers
