It is really difficult to find spare power cables although a trip to Lamington should fix that. 8 hours ago, pixeljunkie said: Guys. Do any of you run a crossfire setup? I do not think anyone on this forum can help, ask on TechEnclave, more hardware oriented peeps go there. 5 hours ago, avanildutta said: Already have an old 970.. djanuj
What are the temperatures of your system when you are playing? Also, change the priority of BattleField 1 to HIGH in the Task Manager and see if that improves the situation. Hi Alpha. So I reinstalled my windows, deleted all partition and played the game. I get 98fps using internal origin fps Counter. I am somewhat satisfied but I feel I should get 110fps. My temperature is not more than 70°c. It's within limits. I have 3 fans and one water cooler so temperature is not an issue.
ALPHA17
Okay, then. Can you make partitions and retest this entire set-up? Also, is Windows Game Mode on in your setup or switched off? Edited August 14, 2017 by ALPHA17
djanuj
Okay, then. Can you make partitions and retest this entire set-up?Making partitions means I will have to remove my files from C drive. I have already restored most of the games installation and other relevant softwares. I am not sure how to partition without loss of data. At least two partitions should be created, always. By the way, do you have external storage?

ALPHA17
^ Nope, Windows will only use free sectors. How much there is dependent on how much data you have written and how fragmented it is. By the way, are you using an SSD?
