Mayank Kulkarni
As far as I know, if one of your account has a PS plus subscription, then you can play online using other accounts too, irrespective of the region. I have a uk PS plus account and I can play online on my us and Indian accounts that are not PS plus. Also search for Indian sites that provide psn cards for us and uk territory, they usually email you the codes online after you pay them with debit. krehani29
Can you please tell me can i use UK PS plus cards on my Indian account? No, The PS Plus subscription cards are region-locked-so you'll need to create a UK PSN account in order to use the PS Plus cards.

Correct me if I am wrong but I thought the PS+ subscription cards are usable world wide but PS money cards are the ones that are region locked? I know that is how it works for the Xbox and I remember reading it somewhere that it is similar for the Playstation as well, I could be wrong though.
