I went to service center yesterday and they said I need to pay 30% of current MRP. I asked about 50% thing but they were confident it's 30%. Any idea how long does it take to get the replacement? I had to pay Rs 9897 (30% of MRP) through DD. They replaced just the console. It's new with one year warranty. Old controller and other accessories are also covered in warranty now. I bought my PS4 at launch from Landmark. It boots up but there is no display. Do they still have replacement policy or have they started repairing now? I can hear sound but no display....actually it keeps on flickering....for 5 secs it comes on and then goes black for 5 mins. Already tried 3 hdmis and all had the same issue so im sure it is the port issue. Also any good service center in Delhi NCR area (gurgaon to be precise).
