The chances of getting that one epic item is crazy low to impossible without dropping a tonne of $$$ or sit and pray to RNGesus. Bronze loot box now costs 5000 credits. Gold loot box now costs 25000 credits which comes with a small chance of EPIC gear. Platinum/diamond box can no longer be purchased. You have to pay 150K MM entry fee and win the whole thing to get one box which gives you 1 random EPIC gear. The grind is insane. 1 single fight gives you +50 credits. Yep. Offline or online (random item). It's same 40-50 per match. 100 games to open one bronze loot box and 500+ rounds to open on the gold box which has a small chance of epic (you can bet you will get 1 in 100). 150K+ for platinum with 1 random epic gear is simply crazy. They also have open 100 loot boxes trophy... At launch, it was fine as you get 100K from the story which is 100 bronze boxes. Now after the patch, it is only 25 bronze boxes. Rest you pay or grind forever. The whole customization is there to sell loot boxes. All characters have epic abilities and they can be acquired RANDOMLY from loot box. As expected, it includes all of the DLC characters that have been released for the Injustice 2 title. It will introduce the "Learn Hub," which is noted as being an expanded tutorial. New gear items are being added for the entire roster. The character level cap is being increased to 30. Once you reach level 30 with a fighter, a new augment slot shall become available. Gold artwork in applied to the Legendary Edition. It will become available on March 27, 2018. Enhancements for the game's already existing features will be applied. Heaven Angel Posted March 27, 2018 Author Report Share Posted March 27, 2018 I purchased the digital version on my Xbox one and this is just a waste of money, EVERYONE who has injustice 2, standard deluxe or ultimate on disc or digital doesn't need to buy this, the whole level 30 thing for characters and legendary dlc multiverse is all an FREE UPDATE IN PLAYSTATION STORE/MICROSOFT STORE, all this game is, is just the ultimate edition with the update already installed on here, so no need to spend money for this, it's all just a free update, this game is just the ultimate edition with the update pre installed, while the ultimate edition is the game without the update pre installed and u have to install it yourself in the store. Just buy standard injustice 2 and then buy the ultimate pack digitally for $40. That way u save money. Injustice 2 standard edition disc cost $20 while ultimate pack is $40 and in total it's 60 so now u have the ultimate edition without having to spend $100 for a game. So nothing new. Which is how it should be in a fighting game. It auto-upgrades your base game+season pass to Legendary edition just like how SF5 became Arcade edition. If it has DLCs pre loaded on disc saves me the trouble downloading them, this is especially important for games which have 10-20GB downloads even if they are free with season pass. Plus in the olden days you'd still have to pay for new version with QoL and balance patches even if you owned original game+season pass or bought DLC separately simply because it was treated as brand new game.
