That was most likely from the start of the game before sh*t goes down. Kojima's immediately tweeted that it was a silent trailer and he didn't want gunshots and explosions in it. Anyone who has followed mgs series since it's beginning knows that mgs4 is the perfect closure to solid snake's arc. The only conflicting part amongst the fans is the post credit scene with big boss.
