WTH does that even mean? most IVGians won't even give it a shot, because its way too complicated for their taste. warning for those who want to create IVG clan/squad in this game and play together, just forget it. don't even bother. its not a straight forward corridor shooter like CoD or KZ. but if you are the kind of person who likes to experiment with game experience, then DUST is a good option for you. MAG was set in modern era, so it feels better even now. better than most of the games out there, but thats because sheer amount of players it can handle. when I played Dust for the first time last year, it felt like Halo 1 with 48 players. but I'm yet to see the final product. next weekend can't come any faster . but man, u gotta hand it to CCP for bringing this to PS3 almost at the end of its life cycle. I'm telling you, games like these will make PS3 live longer. and best thing is CCP devs really listen to the community, not like some other arrogant devs who do whatever they like. Newcomers, be ready to download around 2.7 GB of data. But I'd say worth it for a free game that offers numerous Customization/Skill level options. Don't think of it as another FPS. Think of it as a galaxy-spanning epic saga with a lot of shooting among many other things. You can control dropships, handle logistics etc. Gameplay's much smoother now as far as I can tell. (played it in closed BETA and then the open BETA). CCP has put so much effort into a free-to-play game, it's amazing. The best part is, though F2P, it isn't Pay-To-Win. A guy who buys stuff with real money (Aurum) will stand as much a chance of winning as does a guy who buys stuff with In-game credit (ISK) - No doubt about that. The only changes are cosmetic. Having said that, even weapons, dropsuits etc bought with ISK look supercool. ISK is easy to earn too. I suggest you guys get into it just to try. Surely a bit daunting when you just jump in but the game rewards with you with passive skill points if your just create a character by choosing a race/empire.
