Bulovski Posted June 29, 2010 Report Share Posted June 29, 2010 You need a catalyst to use magic. Magicians and Royals start with a catalyst - otherwise you'll have to find / buy one. You can kill the red dragon in 1-2 by using bow / arrow. It will take about a 100 regular arrows. Go up on top of the second tower and start firing - the flames shouldn't touch you. abhi90 Posted June 29, 2010 Report Share Posted June 29, 2010 equip a catalyst to fire the magic and press up on the d-pad to change magic, keep the catalyst as either one of the primary or secondary in your left or right hand. TO kill the dragon in 1-2 take a lot of bolts ~200 and a crossbow and then shoot at it from the top of the first tower you come acrss as when you are on top of it, the dragon's flame breath wont make you paneer tikka. You can find a wooden catalyst in 1-2 (top of first tower), or in 3-1 in a cell. you can find a silver catalyst near the end of 3-1 (cathedral top left). Tip: Playing this game after having finished Ninja Gaiden Sigma is a bad idea.
