On a gaming perspective the 1st one seems to be better as it comes with a powerful GPU while if you're going to do editing , encoding ... you'll better off with the 2nd as the i7 is a Quad Core CPU while the i5 is a Dual Core CPU and the 2nd one has 8GB RAM.

Which one should i buy-

1- Logitech G300 Gaming Mouse

2-Lenovo M6811 USB 2.0 Mouse

i'll use 3-5 buttons at max.Logitech one lacks in the side thumb button department but got 6 buttons on top.Would it be comfortable to use those button in gaming..for ex-darksiders- for dodging?

lenovo got 2 thumb buttons.

its gonna be around 16k RS.Gtx 670 @ 31k.

Got Nvidia's Kepler architecture.660 Ti is the "best card per watt ever made" and that it beats even AMD's higher-priced Radeon HD 7950 at 1920 x 1080.It has just as many 28nm CUDA cores as the GTX 670,the same base and GPU boost clock speeds, the same 2GB of GDDR5 and the same connectivity. The only sacrifice is memory bandwidth: all that computational performance is limited by a 192-bit memory bus, compared to the 256-bit width of the 670.

^^ 2k max as all of them are outdated.

What is the best processor , motherboard and RAM combo for 14k ? (Extendable by 1k.AMD only , no Intel)

FX4100 - 6.5k / FX6100 - 7.5k

Any compatible Gigabyte/Asus mobo - 3.5k onwards

8GB GSKill / Corsair 1600MHz RAM - 3.5k

You should have a look at motherboards and opt for a good one upto 6k. Pair it with 4GB RAM for the time being, add 4GB later when budget allows.

Well since I'm not going to use it for gaming , I only need a low end motherboard.I'll mainly use it for some Video Editing and also I'll pair it up with 4GB RAM for now and add later.I was thinking of getting this :

AMD FX 8120 : Rs 9700 & Asus M5A78L-M - Rs 2600

G-Skill 4GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM - Rs 1750

And also thinking of getting the NZXT Gamma as my cabinet is at the end of its life.

Obviously you should get the FX8120 if budget allows.

As for mobo, the specifications mention RAM support for 1600 and 1800 as O.C. Not sure whether the 1600MHz RAM will be optimally utilised.
