HundredProofSam
He means PS Plus subscription cards and not wallet cards. Subscriptions are sold in month/year denominations, not currency, so technically EU subscription cards should work. Not sure though.
Walker
^ No way but to buy and try Actually I'll try adding a UK plus card to indian account. No loss because if it doesn't work I'll just renew my UK plus. But then UK is separate from EU right?
Hahaman
EU PSN Plus cards will not work with indian account AFAIK. Currency difference. it does work with xbox live cards though they are region-free i think but uk plus cards should work as both the stores are almost the same
vavavoom16
Umm not sure where to ask this, but does it make more sense to get a US PS+ subscription and have a local account also?

Kapil ahuja
My account is on eu, so I just got it from there. I don't know how it's attacked to eu, and I don't know if an Indian ps store even exists?

I don't know how it's attacked to eu, and I don't know if an Indian ps store even exists? If you created an account using an EU address then it will be an EU account. To have an Indian account you will need to create a new account with an Indian address. Accounts are region locked. Indian PS Store exists since I think ~2010
Aercy
Even my account is EU, I tried using UK PSN cards, didn't work, ever since I only depend on one card, 'credit'.
ZAX
Guys ,here is a situation . I have an Indian (primary) and a USA PSN account. All my friends and trophy progress are in Indian account. I had a PS+ subscription from Indian PSN which expires last month. I'm in US for last few years and all of my Indian credit card has expired. So , basically I can not buy any more stuff from Indian PSN including PS+ subscription. My question here is ,will I be able to play free PS+ games on my Indian account if I take US PS+ subscription. I believe ,once I download a game from PSN ,I can play it on any account with online multiplayer (and acquire trophies on respective account I'm playing). Just wanted to confirm this fact before I spent to renew subscription. Note: I bought disc games from US and able to redeem the online code from US account and then play it on Indian account. VelivolusDas
Sadly, no. If your Indian PS Plus subscription expires, you won't be able to play those games (until you renew your subscription for the same id).
ZAX
Thanks Veli for quick response. This is lame. There were few games which i just started when my PS+ expired. So ,i think those games are gone . But what about new upcoming games. Will I be able to play them (and get trophies) on Indian account even if I got US PS+ subscription. asad
As far as I know, if one of your account has a PS plus subscription, then you can play online using other accounts too, irrespective of the region. I have a uk PS plus account and I can play online on my us and Indian accounts that are not PS plus. Also search for Indian sites that provide psn cards for us and uk territory, they usually email you the codes online after you pay them with debit. In such a scenario, I can just login to the PSN account of a friend (who has a PS+ subscription) on my PS and then I will be able to use his PS+ subscription on my PSN account on the same PS...
