Looking for a new TV need Help

So my old TV a Samsung 32 inch LCD is having a Backlight issue, there appears a fog like white effect on the right side with three white lines on the screen. After contacting samsung the repair guy that came home said it will cost 18-20k to fix it by changing the whole display panel. Recently my uncle's Samsung 40 inch LED TV had some audio issue which cost him 7k to repair. And when a cousin's family bought a Samsung 42 inch LED from croma they got model with similar white line issue which later took quite a hassle to replace even being just few weeks old.

The reason why i mentioned the above situations is because i am now super scared to buy any TV seeing the aftermath of it. It's a troublesome situation to accommodate these sudden financial woes. And finding a model that will run for many years is rather difficult on my own.

So if any of you can help me finding a good TV for Rs.40k max it would be great. Here are the requirements below:

-Should be Full HD 1080p

-Needs a USB slot with preferably NTFS support [ if not FAT32 is ok too ]
-Should be able to take long gaming sessions & should have good natural graphics.
-Must not have blurry washed up image quality like those affordable showroom models.
-Internet, wi-fi,3D & all that smart jazz is a added plus. But should not exceed budget.
-Due to space limitation can't go beyond 32 inch.

-Should be cheap to repair.

Suggest good places to buy A-grade TV's shipped directly from manufacturer to the shop. My old TV works so any info. for how much will it be sold or how much exchange offer price would it fetch ?.

Help me out guys, Thanks.

For 32 inch, honestly speaking there isnt much difference in picture quality within most decent brands (Sony, Toshiba, Samsung etc). As long as you pick up a brand thats got good after sales service you will be fine.

I really wouldnt bother with the TVs USB slot. Mine has one and it never got used after I saw how cumbersome it was to use it. Even if you can find one that supports NTFS you will still run into issues with videos of different format (some mkvs play, some dont. Subtitles have problems etc etc). Better off picking up a cheap media player like Asus Oplay or something, should be about 3k ish. That will play everything you throw at it without issues. Unless you want the USB port for displaying pictures in which case, disregard what I said. Ditto for the Internet smart TV stuff.

40k is a pretty good budget for a 32inch TV. You can pick up any decent one and get a media player with it in that budget.

LG TVs play almost any format you throw at them via USB. My Sony TV also does the same,, though not sure about 40k models. Earlier these TVs couldn't play many formats, now it is a thing of past.

Do sony TVs recognise NTFS format ?

I am looking for TVs which recognise it as all my portable devices are in NTFS format.

Go to the manufacturers website, look up the TV model number and check the product manual or product specifications.

For example take this random Sony TV. Go to the specs and -

SB Play Yes (USB viewer supports FAT16, FAT32, exFAT and NTFS file systems.)
