ScrewyAurum
Here's the post, in full: "Earlier in the month, we provided an update on Dawnguard's status for PS3. "It's been a few weeks, and we wanted to make sure everyone knows where we're at with Dawnguard. Skyrim is a massive and dynamic game that requires a lot of resources, and things get much more complex when you're talking about sizable content like Dawnguard. We have tried a number of things, but none of them solve the issue enough to make Dawnguard good for everyone. The PS3 is a powerful system, and we're working hard to deliver the content you guys want. Dawnguard is obviously not the only DLC we've been working on either, so the issues of adding content get even more complicated. This is not a problem we're positive we can solve, but we are working together with Sony to try to bring you this content. "We wish we had a more definitive answer right now. We understand the frustration when the same content is not available on all platforms. When we have an update, we will certainly let you know. We deeply appreciate all the time and support you have given us, and we'll keep doing our best to return that." Bethesda's seeming inability to get its game to work on PlayStation 3 means that, according to them, the content may never come out at all. "This is not a problem we're positive we can solve," they admit, "but we are working together with Sony to try to bring you this content." And the fact that more and more additions to the game are making the problem even more complicated, as explained in the post, means that things are looking exceptionally dire. We'll keep our fingers crossed that Skyrim's DLC does indeed make its way to Sony's console, but in the meantime, it's not looking too good. NitroNeo
Well i am not a coder but clearly the problem lies in the groundwork that is the main source code , they have to fix the base , it's quite a shame for a game that won GOTY , REP- - - - - bethesda
WhiteWolf
I feel bad for PS3 gamers who bought Skyrim...I think they should give Fallout 3 GOTY edition for free to all PS3 owners who bought Skyrim...
pbpoovannagamer
^ if it was CDPR maybe!! bethesda some screenshots i thought i might share so console fan boys know what they are missing out on! using realistic lighting mod and IMAGINATOR mod together and got skyrim to look like below tried adding HD textures and HD texture mods but my aging core 2 duo cant handle the stress or else the image sharpness would have been much better!! if you are observant u can notice that the grass on the ground is visible very far off which is not the case in vanilla settings, tinkered with ini file as instructed by modders. i think u will agree that skyrim looks fabulous in my screenshots since i have not used any ENB profiles which cause drastic fps drops, but if u have a core i5 or i7 go ahead!! pbpoovannagamer
@kushalrocks awesome screens bro i am jealous but dont u think it might be a little too bright ?? u must be having a quad core cpu and mid range gpu atleast? ENB settings kills my FPS because of my core 2 duo and texture packs makes it unplayable for me!! need to buy a core I7 but thats gonna happen only next year but my radeon HD 6950 should be enough for another 2 years!! mind sharing ur pc specs ? WhiteWolf
ya it's way too bright which makes it kinda ugly imo...Try link that i posted..... you need atleast 4gb Ram and more than 1gb V.Ram ram and decent quad core to handle ENB mod..... KUSHAL Get Dawnguard DLC..you will get some badass powers and weapons.. FULL SKYRIM GUIDE http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Skyrim There are some repeatable never ending radiant quests....Don't waste time doing those quests...
