No sense to lock it towards one team. I hope it has more than that.

 

Player with all physical and 'mental' strength. Say getting injured and then loses his confidence, out of touch, etc,. Train and get back on pitch. Have better objectives, transfer drama, board and club drama, etc,.

Manager with more control over game. Feature to watch the game, change tactics then and there. Talk to players, make changes. All these years it felt like playing against some robot with no life. Just click buttons and you win.

 

Some sort of online career update would be great as well.
