When i was uploading Assassins Creed brotherhood, therate was like 1mb per second.  and do you think by any chance airtel will bump my speed? Â But u won't be able to transfer the file to your Ps3 .. Â yea it is working fine. just downloaded a video file new from the PSN store and it showed as link in the LOGS tab.
