Ritvik1999 Posted August 3, 2014 Report Share Posted August 3, 2014 yesterday I found that there was water spilled on my ps3's DS3, i wiped it and pressed the ps button and the 4 lights blinked like normal. VBut since they were blinking continuously and not stopping i left it on my table for night. Today it's not starting, i guessed that it must have been discharged, so i connect it to my ps3 via stock usb cable and that the 4 lights blinked again and again but the ds3 is still not connecting. (I tested my move controller and it's working) I did the reset thing also. please help!!!!!!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ripper667 Posted August 21, 2014 Report Share Posted August 21, 2014 Hey guys, I too have a DS3 which is not working.The controller was working fine until recently but now it won't charge at all.The battery is completely drained now.I have tried two different usb cables,resetted it from the back,tried charging it via pc,opened it and replaced the battery from my old ds3..but it still won't charge. I don't think the battery is an issue,probably an issue with the usb charging port on the DS3. My PS3 is under warranty, do you guys reckon Sony will replace it (even though I have opened it)?
