If gamers want the ability to buy coins with real money in order to fast-track their Garden Warfare experience, EA and PopCap will give it to them. The coins let players buy new packs and character content. Coins are a free currency, earned in game, and since Garden Warfare launched on Feb. 27 the only way to acquire them was by playing. The PC edition comes out on June 24 via Origin and other retailers, and it includes the Garden Variety Pack & Zomboss Down DLC – the latter of which introduces microtransactions.
