Walker
A fallout between Kojima Productions and its owning publisher, Konami, has led to senior staff at the studio being restricted access to corporate internet, emails, and phone, GameSpot understands. Along with the restricted communications, key developers at the studio, such as Hideo Kojima, will now have limited opportunities to lend their appearance to promotions of the studio’s upcoming game, Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain. Power struggles between Kojima Productions and Konami have convinced the publisher to make drastic changes, including amending the employee status of its Metal Gear team. Some senior staff at the studio, including Kojima, now essentially work as contractors, not permanent employees. http://www.gamespot.com/articles/kojima-expected-to-leave-konami-after-mgs5-inside-/1100-6426024/

Heaven Angel
I think he must have been trying to dominate his profit sharing Like IW was trying to do It's just inevitable After the beast gains enough mass it will!! turn around to take a bite from master Only thing is things should go like Bungie way not IW way Sooner or later Naughty Dog will see this phase too Isko bhi BAN karo.. CarbonCore
27 years working on the same IP, the only people who worked longer on single IP are all at Nintendo. Give the man a brake and let him do something else.

KnackChap
take 2 or activision will be good choices. both give complete freedom and a huge budget to do what they want. WB is another great choice. fastest growing publisher right now and have the backing of a movie studio. if he wants to stay in japan its either scej or have his own studio and sign a publishing deal with whoever he wants. KnackChap
that depends on whether he wants to make it an exclusive or a multiplatform game. he was building his team at KP to be a MP dev team but never really looked that comfortable with the idea. No..not after what 2k did to Ken Levine and his Irrational studio... :| Itna bhadia studio ko khatam kardiya 2K ne if you read the GI post mortem on the game you wont be surprised by its closure. the game was going no where for most part and levine changed the concept and rebooted the game multiple times before the final version was out. most of their staff already started leaving and that gears of war guy was credited to finally making the game ship. without him the game would have still been in development. IshmaelIsBack
take 2 or activision will be good choices. both give complete freedom and a huge budget to do what they want. WB is another great choice. fastest growing publisher right now and have the backing of a movie studio. if he wants to stay in japan its either scej or have his own studio and sign a publishing deal with whoever he wants. Taking the entire legacy team. Shinkawa, Imaizumi, Murata, Tago, Korekado, Sasaki, Motosada Mori (switched to contract basis from a perm staff, like Cooper was from the start I reckon, again Konami must've armtwisted this sh*t) along with the level designers, scripters and programming leads. There were talks of Hibino returning back sometime ago, dunno what happened with now Ludvig Forssell on board. Take-Two is the only western pub I see him going through with the kind of budget he'd look for and freedom. He was all praises for how GTA V development turned out. Slim chances with Acti/WB/Bethesda. SCEJ will have their jaws wide open and they've been in pretty good relations with KojiPro ever since. Would be some serious lulz if MSFT or Nintendo EAD steps in. Anyway, high chances of starting out indie like what IGA did. THAT should've been a clue on how f**king ludicrous the powers that be at Konami are currently. Lol kojima san will reveal more info on "april 1st" and we all know what happens on april 1st "Kojima Productions" , as a studio/an entity was officially established on April 1st 2005 with 100 employees initially with all the legendary names in design department of previous Metal Gear games, at Roppongi, Tokyo (KojiPro HQ). The expansion happened somewhere around 2008 during the peak of Metal Gear 4's development where they touched 200-205 staff members (Konami internal teams like PES, w/e that was left of the then already disbanded Team Silent etc. and outsource) This has extremely high chances of not being a regular Kojima trollfest.
