BoRa28
Firstly, the thread may be repetitive as the issue seems quite common to me. So if that's the case just provide the link to older threads. I bought a 12gb ps3 after my 320 gb bricked. Currently I have DB14 installed on it (some 2gb+) and have purchased Plant Vs. Zombies (again 2-3GB). No other stuff is occupying space as of now. no apps / music / videos whatsoever. It doesn't let me install the PvZ giving a space error. I am trying to free up some space, just don't know where the space is being used up. If anyone is aware of any stuff that can be deleted without any harm to the system, pls let me know. Also, I will be upgrading the HDD soon. In that case how do I take the back up of the installed games and saved files on the new HDD. P.S - I also have an external 500Gb HDD. Can that be used anyhow to install/download the games? like..plug and play kind of a thing?
prabs
Check Game Data, Save Data etc to see what is consuming how much space. I fitted a 1 TB hdd in my PS3 Slim. HDD Details - WD WD10JPVX The external HDD you have can be used for backing up and restoring but ps3 will not play from it.
