Anant_TheEndless
I have a 14 inch hp envy ultrabook and I need help. Firstly i don't know the exact model name. The problem is, my laptop stays connected to the charger and it chharges upto 100 %. Then WHILST IN CHARGING, the carge starts depleting and goes to 0. THIS ALL HAPPENS WHEN THE CHARGER IS CONNECTED AND I CAN'T USE MY LAPTOP WITHOUT THE CHARGER AS I AM AN AVID DOTAA PLAYER/GAMER . Then the laptop shuts down without giving any warning and I open it againn. It shuts down once again and then i open it again, after which the charging starts increasing. It is a battery problem and i have a cooling paad so the laptop does not overheat. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?
ALPHA17
^ Contact HP and get the laptop RMA-ed / repaired. The issue is either the laptop is not charging or the mechanism is faulty.
