Its been two years since ME 3. And the game doesnt look like its coming for another year or two. So a 4 year dev cycle means they arent rushing it. Still they atleast could've confirmed that sequel/prequel dilemma Its quite far in the dev cycle if some "sources" are to be believed, but the bioware folks have themselves said on occasions that a playable demo is ready for sometime now and they have worked on major portion of story so far. And I also hope they stick with Milky Way you know looking at that CIC map. They've only explored ~1% of it, would be a waste to switch to a new one.
