Probably because RR was a lesser known film. Anyway it's safer to assume they're going to cut it. This is India after all, the land of the offended.

Here's the film's official synopsis:

Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Dwayne Johnson lead the returning cast of all-stars as the global blockbuster franchise built on speed races to its next continent in Fast & Furious 6. Reuniting for their most high-stakes adventure yet, fan favorites Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Sung Kang, Gal Gadot, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges and Elsa Pataky are joined by badass series newcomers Luke Evans and Gina Carano.

Since Dom (Diesel) and Brian’s (Walker) Rio heist toppled a kingpin’s empire and left their crew with $100 million, our heroes have scattered across the globe. But their inability to return home and living forever on the lam have left their lives incomplete.

Meanwhile, Hobbs (Johnson) has been tracking an organization of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind (Evans) is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty (Rodriguez). The only way to stop the criminal outfit is to outmatch them at street level, so Hobbs asks Dom to assemble his elite team in London. Payment? Full pardons for all of them so they can return home and make their families whole again.

What Film Ads Will Be Shown During Super Bowl XLVII?

The Super Bowl has long been a good opportunity for Hollywood to run commercials for their upcoming movies. So what's Tinseltown slated to show before and during this Sunday's Super Bowl XLVII on CBS?

Earlier today we learned that Disney has bought air time to run spots for Iron Man 3, The Lone Ranger and Oz the Great and Powerful.

Meanwhile, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Paramount will run spots for Star Trek Into Darkness and World War Z.

Finally, Universal will air the first footage from The Fast and The Furious 6, but no Riddick or Kick-a*s 2. (There are rumors there might be a spot for Oblivion.)

What's most notable is which films and studios will not have a presence at this year's Super Bowl. Warner Bros. and 20th Century Fox have both opted to sit out the game, so that means no spots for Man of Steel or The Wolverine. Sony is also skipping the Super Bowl so no spots for Evil Dead and Elysium.

Lionsgate had no comment when IGN inquired about whether they'd be running any TV spots. "Despite having The Hunger Games: Catching Fire coming in November, Lionsgate also doesn’t seem to have purchased any ad time," reports Deadline.

Also, IGN has learned that as of time of publish Summit Entertainment is expected to run a spot for the Dwayne Johnson action-thriller Snitch.
