They seem to have COD options related to products that they will import from you from the US. I have. Good service but very slow in delivery. They ship the products from chennai. I live in Mumbai. It took them almost a month to deliver the product to my address. But I am satisfied with their service Also I paid from Credit Card. Not Cash on Delivery. I still feel its a good deal man I bought mine in 2012 for 3.6K (along with DS1) As Athek mentioned this would be old stock in the warehouse which they want to get rid of hence the major price cut. When I got my copies of Dead or Alive 5 CE and COD prestige edition their plastic sheet was torn too and DOA tin was slightly bent. If you feel you are okay with the item condition @ 999 then keep it; else try to get in touch with gamesNgadgets over amazon or FB: https://www.facebook.com/gamesngadgets?fref=ts and ask them if they have a better copy.
