"i have made up my mind"... etc.. if he comes to United good, if he doesn't we'll probably get another good one. United don't allow their newly signed players to announce anything before the Transfer Market opens which it does on 1st June. That's the reason i believe that Hazard will go to Chelsea. The same reason gives me hope that Kagawa has been signed already coz he said on 10th May that he'll announce his future on 13th May but he hasn't said anything since then.
