Developer was on vacations after E3 and said that game will be coming shortly. It will be under Steam's early access program just like ARMA 3, and will release in Alpha stage first. Can get you this for 4-5 TF2 keys most probably. EDIT- don't buy from any Russian/ Ukraine trader, it is region locked. There's a reason why trading system has been made this way in Steam. People who promise to give you keys might be scammers. beware.
