So the game is definitely available although it might be limited in number. I think you can post the same question in the Witcher 3 games thread instead of starting a new thread. If you are in Mumbai and can come to Thane, go to E-Mart Games in Korum Mall, Thane. They have the physical copies of all versions (PS4, XBOX One and PC) in stock.
