KJD
^^ But Betaal was available before 99.99% of the forum members were even born. (As expected, you excluded ). And the stories are pretty nice too. Raj comics had awesome stories till mid 2k when they suddenly went on a massive orgy with hollywood scripts. Instant quality dip. :| Nagraj, And... Super commando dhruva

Big Boss
Well Nagraj went on a world terrorist hunting tour, but what happend to Dhruva?
Bird Bird Bird
^^ They're so f**ked up now. Just got the latest 2 sets from Raj Comics (I-Spy/Mrityujivi/Alter Ego etc) and all Nagraj/SCD comics are beyond crap. Bankelal is still going strong. Nemo
Dhruv went mainstream. Hell the entire raj comics has gone to gutter. I was abig fan from mid 90s to mid 2000s. Doga was my fav. Raj comics of late nintys to early two k were stuff legends were made of. Nishachar, kaal paheliya, jigsaw, agraj etc minu series were epic. Not to mention kobi bhedia who had a stellar 2001 with do do haath and bhaago paagal aaya.. Sigh. Good times
Nemo
^^ Read a couple of Tintins and could never get around liking him. Blistering barnacles is fun though. Massive loss of respect. I am a huuuuuge tintin fan. Got all the books

Big Boss
Kal Pahelia is the best Indian comics villain. Raat ki Raani comics is one stellar piece of art. And that Kobi aur Bhedia debut one was superb as well. I stole it from our colony library as I was not allowed to buy comics during school time, it was only a summer thing
Bird Bird Bird
^^ Don't forget Balikuthar. That was RC's first foray in glossy pages. And it looked super. Also, Kalyug was epic among the late 2000s. 1990s and early 2ks had the best stories. Edited November 8, 2011 by Kaamwali Bai

Big Boss
Don't forget Balikuthar I missed that one. I thought the first Glossy comic was Kobi aur Bhedia.
Nemo
I missed that one. I thought the first Glossy comic was Kobi aur Bhedia. i think u are correct here, me remembers kobi aur bhedia as the first glossy title, where bhediya was spilt into the two. Bird Bird Bird
Woah, thread hasn't seen any action in the past 10 months ! Anyway, finished Infinite Kung-Fu. Gem of a comic. If you're remotely interested in GNs, read this. Weird, lengthy, but unforgettable !
