I think people hate it mostly because of their customer service, which I can understand. However, they dispatch the items very slowly and is why I haven't ordered any recently. If the price is good, I don't have a problem buying from them. And I find better deals on Snapdeal almost every time compared to Flipkart. By that time I was ready to go out and get one from a local dealer Next Infamous 1st light placed order on 6th Nov and still AWOL. So unless one has extreme patience avoid .Both were snapdeal fulfilled.And if you look at the packing how my monitor arrived you will just cry.
