sidpanda7 Posted April 9, 2015 Report Share Posted April 9, 2015 Hi Guys, Need your help in solving a PSN Error that has made me stop using my PS4 for the last week. Error: NW-31453-6 Can't sign into PSN I have a DSL broadband and internet is working for all my devices. Even the PS4 inbuilt browser works, but PSN wont. Whenever I test my internet connection, it fails at connecting to PSN. However, if I use my mobile internet as hotspot PSN works perfectly. Steps I have tried: 1. Restart PS4 and Router multiple times 2. Power cycle Router 3. Disconnect both PS4 and Router from electricity for more than 3 hours 4. Change DNS to Google DNS 5. Factory reset Router 6. Apply default settings on PS4 7. Rebuild PS4 database 8. Contacted my ISP, they dont understand the problem. 9. Contacted PlayStation on twitter, they gave local support number which is invalid Please let me know if you have faced this issue before and how did you solve it.
