Hi Guys, I have placed an order in play-asia on 7th of this month which
was supposed to ship 22nd but it did not,one of the items i placed
order on is out of stock and by the looks of it, it might take a long
time for them to ship my order,I was thinking of cancelling my order
will they refund the amount??

How long does it take to get games from amazon.com via ShopnShip, which other options are there for shipping games i.e.,NTSC Xbox360 @ better prices and faster??

Which games do u need? They'll refund the whole amount if u cancel before shipping. Some games on Amazon may be shippable via Amazon itself, while others will need Shop n Ship. Both services are very reliable.

Thanks for replying dude, I wanted to get Batman Arkham city & Red Dead Redemption but Red Dead Redemption is out of stock now and they have no clue how long it will take to get it back in stock, all this waiting is frustrating and checked with sns and these guys have quoted something like this for importing like !00$ worth games "Duty will be approx 2037 inr+shipping charges:$10 for the 1st 0.5kg & $8 for every additional 0.5 kg+12.36% service tax" seems expensive, does importing from amazon come around same price

Aah ok. I thought PAL. Anyways still i think PA is your best bet. But see here -

Almost all of the US copies are in stock. How come you are saying it is out of stock then? :ko:

Have ordered a few Vita games from Play Asia. Shipping happens within a day or two of payment(unless it is a Weekly Special). Sticking with standard Play Asia shipping ensures you get the goods delivered in about a week to 10 days. 2 weeks is the max that I have had to wait! I live in Tamil Nadu btw :)

And I have never been charged customs(till now i.e) :clap3: Probably because I have ordered only games... My suggestion is that you choose the neutral packing option from Play Asia... that should be of some help since the customs people cud open the package if they suspect that a gadget is inside.... somebody who has bought gadgets from PA shud be able to help u better!

See, not all 360 games are region-locked, even if it says NTSC/PAL on the box. In fact most are actually region-free. You'll have to google info on whether PAL RDR is region-free or not(and if it is, then u can even buy locally from here). Generally for checking region restrictions of NTSC games, I go to the listing of that game on Play-Asia and it shows the regions on which that disc is playable, like in the following screenshot. There are a limited number of PAL games also available on Play-Asia, so you can check there the region restrictions of a PAL RDR(even if it is out of stock).

EDIT: Upon further checking, I found a PAL listing of RDR, and it unfortunately is not region-free(http://www.play-asia.com/Red_Dead_Redemption_Game_of_Year_Edition/paOS-13-71-ej-49-en-70-4u0b.html). But you can see that the NTSC RDR is actually region-free. In fact, most 360 games are region-free.
