PS Fan Posted February 4, 2014 Report Share Posted February 4, 2014 (edited) Take-Two: GTA 5 DLC announcements 'in the coming months' It looks like Grand Theft Auto 5 players will have to wait at least a little while longer before hearing anything official regarding future content for the game's story mode. It was hoped that Rockstar Games' parent-company Take-Two would shed some light on the topic during today's earnings call, but unfortunately we got the same line that's been fed to us over and over. That is, Rockstar has "big plans for substantial story-driven add-on content in 2014." Take-Two and Rockstar will have "more to say about this in the coming months," the company teased today. On the plus side, it appears fans have taken it upon themselves to uncover some details and have succeeding in digging up some potential future content. They were let down, as Rockstar was busy with clamping down on the many hackers that had messed the game up good and proper. The company banned these hackers from the public servers and siphoned them into a cheater’s lobby to wait for a total ban. What is going to happen to this game next, then? Rockstar said it’s securing GTA Online, and once this is done it’ll return to the DLCs. So, it’s the hackers that have held up the heist. We have no release date for this DLC, which is unfair to the decent players who have done the right thing and schlepped their way through. Revisiting missions aren’t paying out so well now, but despite this, the honest guys are still going on. They can enjoy the sense of real achievement when they manage a milestone. The hackers are almost all gone now, so we hope that Rockstar hurries up and mops up the last remaining baddies so we can get the DLCs out. Gotta say GTAO is pretty smooth now...No glitches or bugs nothing...Everything works flawless without any issues for me.... As well as a lawsuit or two. GTA V has already been hit with several and bounced back, leaving Lindsay Lohan looking even more desperate than usual. The latest court case for the hit game? One that involves the mob. Capisce?Mob Wives star Karen Gravano is suing developer Rockstar for $40 million according to NY Daily News, half of which is for compensation and the remaining half for punitive damages.
