:D Then maybe Marcus Fenix [emoji14]

Haven't played much of DoA. So dunno about the character.

He would be a good opponent...Actually many fans were expecting Marcus Fenix to be a console exclusive for MK9 on 360...but nothing happened..

Kratos fit in nicely cos of all the violence. Sweet tooth will also be a good fit :D That sinister look. Just a added bonus though, if it happens. The game doesn't require any of these guest appearances.

Also Marcus Fenix will fit better into a Tekken game than MK.

Goro on the screen. Are they doing a reveal?!?!? Omfg, what's that "?"...

I NEED TO KNOW, NRS.

Oh god, character select music was amazing.

The "?" is probably random selection..its there in arena selection as well...So probably one block eaten by that..Also, they should selected have Goro and shown us...Good variations for both characters..and ya we knew Jade wouldn't be in this game..so "RIP JADE, although your spirit lives on".

So, was i the only one who felt Reptile's "Noxious" variation being a bit of game-breaker..opponent just can't get close to perform a combo...eventually he/she will lose health...And just exactly did the "Nimble" variation do...?

Showed a new arena called "Crossroads"..looked pretty nice and dark..Eagerly waiting for the next stream for some brutalities..

Story will most likely be discussed very late. I really hope Reiko is in with a proper redesign.

Anyone else think Reptile's fatality looked a bit comical and unpolished?

Every Kombat Kast they say that whatever they show is a work in progress..So the retail version will be tweaked completely..

Issue #7 has been released. It was supposed to be titled "Outworld at War" but has been changed to "Betrayal in Outworld". Here is the synopsis.

Previously we saw the origins of Kotal Kahn as to who is and where he came from. For years there has been a war brewing between Kotal Kahn (who is the current ruler of Outworld) and Mileena (who wants to acquire Kotal's Throne). Kotal had sent Prince Goro in search of Mileena and her co-conspirators and has apparently disappeared. But as we know from previous issue, Goro has betrayed Kotal and has joined hands with Mileena for his own personal gain.

Worried from Goro's disappearence, Kotal assigns a task to his father to search for Goro and also continue the hunt for Mileena. To assist his father in his task, he entrusts him with the hammer of Shao Kahn. Kotal has learnt from his spies that Reiko has seduced Mileena to become her closest advisor and has also learnt their location. Kotal finds Reiko more threatening than Mileena as he has worked with Reiko under Shao Kahn's reign.
Cut to the Golden Desert, we see Reiko strategizing his attack against Kotal Kahn under Goro's presence. Reiko mentions that years ago Kotal had revealed one of the peculiar quality of Osh-Tekk's. They are immensely powerful in sunlight but substantially weak in darkness. We see Kotal K'etz's army approaching towards the fortress in the Golden Desert when all of a sudden their solar advantage is abolished by Mileena's faithful servant "Rain" but considering their ego they keep approaching towards their destination and eventually come face to face with Goro.
Kotal K'etz is surprised to see Goro has betrayed and smacks him with Kahn's Hammer to which Goro retaliates with his projectile. We also see Mavado and his Red Dragon mercenaries attack K'etz's army using cloaking technology from Cyber Lin Kuei. K'etz has been beaten up pretty badly by Goro and eventually Goro uses Kahn's Hammer to blow K'etz head off killing him.
Kotal Kahn hears the news of his father's demise from his servant Reptile (so that proves he is working for Kotal Kahn). Kotal is in pain and anguish. He has no choice but to awaken the Gods before Gods by providing them his blood (something which we have seen many times in the game character's intro) to destroy Goro permanently.

Overall an interesting issue..It's getting heated up now.Well, this was Part 1 of this issue. Part 2 has been titled "Realms Collide".
