However, there are some benefits to the movie connection. Speaking to USA Today, Sega of America Senior Producer Mike McHale revealed that they had received the CG model for Iron Man himself created by Industrial Light & Magic for use in the film. The game, according to McHale, will extend beyond the movie's storyline and also include classic villains from the comics. Whether or not this game succumbs the fate of most licensed titles remains to be seen. Iron Man, the game, is set for release "just before the film arrives in theaters May 2." First off it's about time they made an Iron Man movie and second the casting of Robert Downey Jr as Tony Stark/Iron Man is as perfect as it gets! Spidey, superman, he man, capt america, swat kats, batman, TMNT etc etc, watched them on TV....never seen this one on TV....so didnt know he was a icon....sorry stopped watching CN/Animax like some 3-4 years ago ! Have you seen the clip where Downey puts on the glove ? Ooohh !! I am in eager anticipation of this movie. And I agree with you on the choice of Druggy Downey. And yeah there should be aerial dogfights in the game judging from one of those screens and since there is definitely one in the movie.
