I dont care what kind of graphics they bring in as long as they focus on gameplay. Hope they have some gamers in their team.
From the looks of it it might make for a good RPG. Something like Dragon's age would be nice.

^All I am asking for is good gameplay. Graphics can be below par but gameplay is important.
I know that Indian devs are new to game development but this is not the 80's. We can surely start from 2004 if not have everything next gen.
I know that we have competent people in the software industry, and even if half of that 1000 people team are good then we can expect a decent game.
