4-5 days is somewhat lucky if you get it...i told you max time 10-14days that usual...within that time frame you should get it...

true to that, 4-5 days I experience with only when shopto sends it with registered delivery.

it depends upon ur location .. in delhi , u get them in 4-5 working days i.e. one week after u order

^ It sometimes takes upto a month to show up. If you don't get it they usually send a replacement.

For people who have had trouble, how did you guys go about getting a refund or making them send another copy

15 days is usual period for delivery..
If u dont get the game within 30 days u hv to contact the customer care of hut...
They'll send u a form n u'll get a refund or a replacement as soon u fill n mail the form back..
If u ask for refund u wont get the shipping cost...
i.e u'll loose around 3 or 4 pounds if u get a refund..But its not troublesome , they'll do it pretty quickly

yes...and the worst nightmare is they literally do that...when i first started ordering from abroad,the postman literally threw the game right at my main gate,(i live on the first flr),since it did not go inside my letter box...later on when i started giving tips to them and made the setting he use to deliver just like a courier...

i have got blu rays from amazon once after one and half month..and sometimes from ebay uk after a month..so have hope..
anyways if you dont get after a month..i guess you can mail them for a refund or replacement...in uk it requires a month before a seller can fill the missing form in their post office(as far as i know)..thats why uk sites and uk sellers ask people to wait for a month usually

After 30 days you'll have to mail them saying your order number xxxxxx has not been delivered please look into it. They will then ask Royal mail for forms and post you those forms which IIRC,is more of an undertaking saying I have not recd. the game and If I do, I'll return it back.
Also if you read into the T&C closely , it says after 30 and before 40 days, do keep that in mind too

dude, ur first overseas buy is a mess and u still ordered Enslaved from hong-kong(play-asia)..pretty daring I would say.
Do lemme know when u get it with whether u had to pay customs. Guys from delhi/b'luroo etc boast of no customs duty but i got slapped customs duty in Mumba..ur from Mumbai 2 so am curious to see how it goes for u

i got the delivery today. Had to pay 400 bucks as duty. SMH!!

Might as well had bought the game locally!

PS: Their packing makes it so obvious its a video game. on top of it, there was no bubble wrap. just a small cardboard box.

You could have gotten it from TP for a better price.

But 400 is overkill. But still better than getting customs of Rs.430 for a used game worth Rs.700 :|

Once packages from UK don't arrive within 14days it usually means customs :|

Got my (yet another) copy of SSF4 in around 10 days after sending it and with no customs. Usually non-courier international orders takes 20-30 days for me, so it really depends on your luck.

what is the refund/replace policy of TheHut .. has been over a month and am yet to receive the game ... They said they will post me a form to fill in and return ..

will they again be sending it by physical post and then I need to fill it and send back

Yup, you'll receive a Claim form and then you'll have to Post/Fax it back. Will take the same time for the form to come in, about 2-3 weeks, depends again.

You're still better off buying the stuff from Thehut.com as it's worth the risk, otherwise Zavvi sucks big time even though they are a unit under TheHut Group. Zavvi won't reply to emails for 3-4 weeks.

You'll get good to okay customer service from TheHut and refunds take about 50-60 days in all; 30 days wait for the Item to come > then 1-2 days of contacting them > they post claim form which you get within 2-3 weeks > 1-2 days to Fax it to them, more if you post it > 3-5 for the refund to show in your account if processed immediately by them.
