Aftrunner
wtf??? what the hell kinda OP is that..... just coz the game is announced u guys create threads?? lame... WTF are you talking about? Threads are created for every confirmed announced game. And thats a fine OP. Anyway might have been (very) slightly interested but then I remembered that it was Acti and will be 3.5k with no PC version. So much for that. Tyler
The first game came out before Acti games were 3.5K and PC versions actually got released here. I loved it, it was a lot of fun especially when you completely upgraded Alex Mercer. I might import this one.

Aftrunner
Looks nice. Just tighten up the controls. And the lock on system. And fix the stupid difficulty curves. And throw in a little more variety.
Doobz
i know , i am fairly new to hack n slashes but i always felt that normal on that game, just wasnt normal (pardon the pun ). But the lock on system really requires alot of work. The last boss fight was so frekin tough on normal :|

Grimlock
Some new info from EGM Digital Magazine. EGM Digital Magazine has released its latest issue bringing us brand new screenshots and information for Prototype 2. The latest issue EGM Digital Magazine has been released (via NeoGAF) and with it has brought a batch of few new Prototype 2 screenshots as well as fresh information. * The game will be significantly more structured (likely meaning linear), according to Radical. * New York is divided into 3 zones (green, yellow, and red) based on level of infection. * The muscle mass power is gone. It’s replaced by tendril powers, one of which was on display in the latest trailer. * Sidequests now tie into the main storyline, instead of them being a ton of unrelated events. * The power store is gone. Now there’ll be underground lairs where you can absorb powers and upgrades from enemies. * There’ll be a limited number of slots to use all of the upgrades acquired, like perks in COD. * Enemies and vehicles can be dismembered, a la Dead Space. * Heller has a sonar-like power to find people or objects. Tyler
There’ll be a limited number of slots to use all of the upgrades acquired, like perks in COD. That kinda sucks. One of the great things about the original Prototype was that it gave me tons of options at any given time. And they all could be mixed and matched freely. I could glide from building to building, pick off snipers and then jump down from a tall building to unleash a deadly AOE attack impaling dozens of infected at a time.
