That fortress looks awesome action packed. We have what appear to be tunnels (underground), hallways and terraces. So far, DICE is doing a good job of hyping it up. Let's hope the DLC is good, and not too costly.

Any idea/news on the price of the DLCs? How much is B2K DLC on PSN?

Nope. It will lag like hell and you will get dced a lot.
Get a connection better than 1mb/s for a smooth gameplay. :mellow:

No. Latency is not bandwidth. He will do just fine with 384kbps. More important than speed is your latency to the server, jitter and packet loss.

I got one more question,is it compulsory to download the 4gb patch or one can play without it too ?
And if it is compulsory then what happens if you get disconnected during the download ?
Will it continue from wherever it stops ?

Yes. It is compulsory to install the patch if you want to play multiplayer.
On the disconnection part, Origin downloader is not stable yet and you might have to start from scratch if your connection disconnects. It does support resume function but sometimes it does not work.
