Tyler
Just Cause 2 Format: Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC Developer: Avalanche Studios Publisher: Eidos Interactive Genre: Action/Sandbox Avalanche is making a sequel to the 2006 sandbox game. Just Cause 2 will feature "enhanced stunts, improved combat and more rewarding exploration", Side-missions have been dropped and the setting has been changed to a tropical paradise in South East Asia. Rico Rodriguez remains as the main character. Just Cause 2 is, unlike it's predecessor, purely next-gen and is expected on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, as well as Windows-based PCs. Links: Official Site Preview from CVG Screenshots: _______________________________ Now the first game was no classic. Despite featuring boring mission objectives, non-existent plot and some really annoying bugs it still packed a few hours of some solid fun. Mainly due to the crazy stunts and wide variety of vehicles to drive (and jump from). Also, the tropical island was beautiful and the graphics were solid. If the sequel improves upon the gameplay and actual missions it should be a fun game.

Buzz
Just Cause 2 Developer: Avalanche Studios Publisher: Eidos Intractive Genre: Mordern Action Adventure Releasing: September 2009 Just Cause created a massive, island-based gameworld and threw in parachute-based action to a mixed reaction from critics. The ability to travel with your parachute was supplemented by stealing vehicles GTA-style, as well as some visceral third-person action. Confident that the gaming public is ready for another dose of unadulterated carnage, publisher Eidos has announced Just Cause 2, which promises more of the same mayhem as the first instalment, but with gameplay improvements and enhanced skills. Interview with the developer More on it

Snake
The first game was absolute fun..with airjacking and shooting sh*t up..mindless fun, this game seems to double the fun VIVA LA REVOLUTION!!
Tyler
The fun didn't last too long though. Sure it had some over the top stunts and the island looked VERY pretty but the gameplay was broken and the missions were crap, most of which kept repeating themselves. If they do manage to put in a semi-interesting plot and decent missions this time around then it just might be good.
