if it exceed, mail them , they will probably ask u to wait for 20 more days, if u wont recieve in a meantime, mail them again,  they will send u fresh copy again

 

but rather waiting, i think u shud mail, so the matter attarcts their attention,

they've got to tell u wait when u mail them first time anyway,

Just experienced the most awesome Amazon service ever ! So ordered something for ~60$ (all inclusive). Arrived today and sadly some part of it was broken. Sent an email to AMZ with pics. Within hours, they had shipped the same item with Global Expedited Shipping (total costing 106$) !

They charged me for the same so that the item is not stuck with customs and refunded in the original order. Whats more, no returns required !

you can buy only those things which are sold and shipped via amazon ie  llc .other sellers you cant buy.check amazon shipping rate chart

Exact same thing happened with me while sourcing Kill Bill steelbook from amazon CA. Originally it was posted via DHL express from CA, Steelbook case was defective, sent a pic to them, and they sent another one, charged the amount and refunded original order amount. No returns required.

Another example, My last order from amazon UK Silence of the lambs steely, got stuck in customs, delivery was via normal method so could not track. After 20 days sent them an e-mail, they placed the new order with UPS priority shipping free of charge.

 

They are pretty awesome indeed, when it comes to customer satisfaction.

the order went successful and i received order confirmation mail but strange thing is in the message on my mobile it says only £1.00 is debitted.

why?

£54.31=4563INR, this is the cheapest i could find and you get fifa 13 download code which alone can cost £17 or INR1500.
They were checking my card by deducting £1.00 initially, in two hours it was verified and they deducted full amount.

They shipped the card at 2am that night and i got fifa13 code in the morning.

Card ETA is 21 may.

This has been smooth till now, better then game.co.uk. *fingers crossed *
