i created a new id wic is from india.. and tried upgrading my account to gold n put my credit card information, n it says card unauthorized , add a new payment option.. wtf to do? please help me

If u hav an account other than India, Indian CC wont work... it happnd wit me... I had a US account with awesome rep but wen i moved 2 India, I had to create a new account... Moreover, Migration to India isnt offered by MS as well....

im having a different issue.i had an us account and used entropay virtual credit card...but now when i try to load money to my vcc it says failed so cant recharge for live anymore...now i created a new indian account ..
